REGISTER YOUR VINTAGE VEHICLE FOR 2024 (ALL Vehicles must be pre 1990)
To exhibit your VINTAGE VEHICLE at Huddersfield Tractor Fest on Saturday 15th June 2024, please complete the entry form below and submit it back by Wednesday 5th June 2024. There is a £10 charge per vehicle and ONE PERSON (any additional passengers will be required to pay £10.00 each, collected on the day). Please note as it is a field, we do NOT have the facility to take card payments on the day. Please arrive as early as possible and aim to be parked up by 9.30am at the latest.
We only have limited space this year so please make sure you have booked in your vintage vehicle by 5th June 2024, Please bring your BOOKING REFERENCE NUMBER WITH YOU FOR ENTRY ( 4 digit number on your email confirmation)
ALL PAPERWORK MUST BE BROUGHT & DISPLAYED ON THE DAY

By registering to attend Huddersfield TractorFest you agree to the following: the exhibit will be exhibited at the owner’s risk; the exhibit will not be advertised for sale on the showground or used to promote any business; The exhibit will be covered by my own Public Liability Insurance whilst on the show ground and a current Motor Insurance Policy if arriving by road (copies of these will be required in advance or presented on the day); Huddersfield TractorFest reserve the right to amend these terms at anytime. STRICTLY NO EXHIBIT TO BE REMOVED BEFORE 4.30 PM
