For the collective good of all visitors, animals and volunteers, everyone must take responsibility for their own behaviour and where appropriate that of their children and pets.

• Tampering with or vandalising any equipment will not be tolerated
• Bikes or skateboards are not allowed around the showground
• Vehicles and bikes parked are done so at the owners risk
• Litter to be disposed of in the bins provided
• To prevent infection, wash your hands after handling animals or fencing
• Do not kiss the animals or allow close facial contact
• Partaking into any activities and competition is at the entrants own risk.
All persons participating in activities or attending as visitors do so entirely at their own risk and acknowledge that they will on entering or taking part accept that the organisers accepts no legal responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur.
The showground is an open field and therefore there will be uneven surfaces, pot holes, tree roots and potentially wet grass. Please keep clear of marquee pins and ropes. Occasionally it may be necessary to segregate visitors from moving vehicles and animals. Please assist us and follow any instructions given by the stewards who can be identified by the badges and high-viz clothing being worn.
All visitors and must take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and officials. The Show officials reserve the right to refuse entry into the showground or any activity if they feel that the person wishing to enter or take part is unfit to do so, or may in doing so be a danger to themselves or others.
In the event of injury or illness assistance can be sought from the First Aid post, located next to the bar.
In the unlikely event of an evacuation of the showground please follow any instructions given to you by the stewards, officials or police officers either in person or over the public address. Evacuation should be undertaken calmly but quickly.
Breaking of any of these policies may result in the offenders being removed from the show without right of re-entry and reimbursement.
For these measures to be effective, everyone must take responsibility for their own behaviour and where appropriate that of their children and pets. We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone attending the showground.
The organisers accepts no legal responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur.
Around the showground there will be a number of photographers and videographers broadcasting the show live and recording for later use on various websites, including Youtube and Facebook. Please be aware that there will also be an even larger number of visitors taking personal photographs and videos around the showground. If you object to this, then we suggest you keep away from the show as we cannot guarantee that you will not feature in any of these. If you find a video or photograph after the show in any of the Show places mentioned – contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will attempt to remove it.
